Robotic Dog Vibration Testing

Project Name

Robotic Dog Vibration Testing
Beijing Research Institute Project

Equipment Configuration

The testing system included one HP-DS8225 Dynamic Stress–Strain Testing and Analysis System, three accelerometers, and one strain gauge.

Project Description

Accelerometers were installed on the central body of the robotic dog, while strain gauges were applied to the leg structures to monitor deformation. The system measured vibration responses and strain behavior under different operating conditions.

During testing, vibration characteristics and structural deformation of the robotic dog were continuously recorded and analyzed across multiple motion states. The collected data provided valuable insights for performance evaluation, structural optimization, and reliability improvement of the robotic system.
