HP-YD8 is a lightweight remote online monitoring and data acquisition system built for field tests and long-term condition monitoring. It supports true mixed inputs per channel (strain/stress, voltage, current, resistance, IEPE acceleration, magnetoelectric speed/displacement, and more) with built-in signal conditioning—so you can deploy faster with fewer external modules.
With Ethernet or optional 4G connectivity plus local + cloud storage, HP-YD8 helps teams view synchronized data remotely and make decisions in real time.
| True universal input | Mix strain, voltage, current, temperature, displacement, IEPE acceleration, magnetoelectric speed, and more—channel by channel—without extra conditioning boxes. |
|---|---|
| Synchronous acquisition | All measurement points sample, display, and store in sync, improving correlation and event capture across channels. |
| Lightweight + modular | Designed for fast deployment with flexible configuration, quick response, and lower system cost. |
| Dual data backup | Built-in TF storage plus cloud storage improves reliability and auditability of test data. |
| Remote decision support | Ethernet/4G connectivity enables real-time access to site data for faster troubleshooting and approvals. |
Channels / points: 8 channels (all channels synchronous)
Sampling rate: software adjustable up to 1000 Hz; synchronized acquisition/display/storage for online monitoring (feature spec notes up to 200 Hz for synchronized monitoring workflows)
Universal mixed input: each channel can be configured independently (no extra conditioners required)
Data backup: built-in large-capacity TF card + cloud storage
Remote access: Ethernet / 4G module for remote visibility and decision support
Accuracy: up to ±0.2% (system measurement accuracy)
HP-YD8 is designed for lightweight, flexible deployment where multiple sensor types must be captured at the same time—without stacking external signal conditioners. Each channel can be assigned its own input mode and conditioning, then all channels are sampled synchronously for cleaner correlation across measurement points.
For field monitoring and distributed test sites, HP-YD8 can store raw data locally (for traceability) while also supporting cloud backup, enabling engineers to review critical trends and alarms from miles away.

1) Can I connect different sensor types at the same time?
Yes. HP-YD8 supports true mixed inputs—each channel can be configured independently with built-in conditioning.
2) What is the maximum sampling rate?
Sampling is software adjustable up to 1000 Hz. For synchronized online monitoring workflows, the feature spec notes up to 200 Hz for synchronized sampling/display/storage.
3) Does HP-YD8 support IEPE accelerometers?
Yes. It includes a built-in 4 mA / 24 V constant current source and conditioning for IEPE sensors.
4) How is data stored and backed up?
Raw data can be stored on the built-in 64 GB TF card and also saved to the cloud (dual backup).
5) Can I view data remotely in real time?
Yes. Use Ethernet, or an optional 4G module, to access live data remotely for decision support.
6) What strain bridge configurations are supported?
Full bridge, half bridge, and quarter bridge (2-wire or 3-wire) are supported with selectable strain ranges.
