The testing system included one HP-WD Wireless Dynamic Signal Testing and Analysis System, one HP-DS8225 Dynamic Signal Testing and Analysis System, and twenty biaxial strain gauges.
Strain gauges were installed at key load-bearing points of the port crane structure to measure stress distribution under different operating conditions. The crane was subjected to various lifting loads and directional positions to simulate real working scenarios.
By lifting loads at different tonnages and orientations, the stress response at critical structural points was measured and analyzed. The collected data provided a reliable basis for evaluating the structural performance, load distribution, and operational safety of the port crane.
