The testing system included four sets of HP-WD4 Wireless Dynamic Signal Testing and Analysis Systems, fourteen biaxial strain gauges, and one router.
Strain gauges were installed at selected monitoring points on the fire truck ladder structure and connected to wireless dynamic signal acquisition units. During testing, strain responses at key locations were measured in real time using the wireless monitoring system.
The collected data were processed and analyzed to evaluate stress distribution and structural performance of the ladder under operational conditions. The results provided a reliable basis for safety assessment, structural optimization, and performance verification of the fire truck ladder system.
