The testing system included one HP-DC8125 Dynamic Signal Testing and Analysis System, two strain rosettes, two accelerometers, and two noise sensors.
This test focused on evaluating vibration and strain responses of copper pipes within the energy storage battery cooling system. Sensors were installed at key locations to capture dynamic behavior during operation.
In addition to vibration and strain data, noise signals generated during full system operation were simultaneously recorded. The integrated analysis of vibration, strain, and acoustic data provided valuable insights for system optimization, structural reliability improvement, and noise control.
