Equipment Configuration

The testing system included one HP-DJ8125 Dynamic Signal Testing and Analysis System and four accelerometers.

Project Description

This test simulated vibration conditions of the fuel tank under actual vehicle driving scenarios. Accelerometers were installed on key components of the fuel tank system to monitor vibration responses during operation.

The collected vibration data were analyzed to evaluate the dynamic behavior of the fuel tank and its associated components. Based on the test results, design optimizations were carried out to improve structural reliability, safety performance, and driving comfort.
