After the plastic pipeline was buried underground, its load-bearing performance was monitored under actual installation conditions. Strain gauges and displacement sensors were installed inside the pipeline, while load cells were mounted beneath the pipeline to measure external loading.

The system monitored vertical and horizontal displacement variations under soil cover layers of different thicknesses, as well as strain and stress changes at critical sections of the pipeline. Load cells were used to accurately measure the pressure acting on the pipeline throughout the test process, providing reliable data for load capacity evaluation and structural performance analysis.
